My name is Judyta Slupnicki (You..DH..ta Swoop....nits.....ski).
I am your Private Chef in the beautiful city of Adelaide, South Australia.
I have been a Chef for over 15 years and bring with me a wealth of culinary experience. I have cooked in Adelaide, Melbourne, and Hong Kong. I have owned restaurants, consulted, and developed recipes for various producers. Some of my career highlights include being nominated as a challenger against Guy Grossi, on Iron Chef Australia; featuring my heritage on the Polish episode of SBS Food Safari with Maeve O'Mara; working aboard the legendary Ghan and Indian Pacific rail, and being featured in Dani Valent's Thermomix cookbook "In the Mix 2".
In 2018 I started my freelance chef business, which gave me the opportunity to work at a variety of restaurants, wineries and festivals, such as WOMADelaide and Tasting Australia. In addition, I have had the privilege to cater for some amazing private dinner parties.
As the world changed in 2020, my direction turned to catering for private dinner parties. My clients can expect a truly bespoke service, from the initial phone call, to the customised menu, to the execution of the experience. An evening that will never be forgotten.
I am truly passionate about cooking and my number one priority is to make my client's wishes come true.
The words "sustainable", "eat local", and "in season" are all very much part of my ethos and I endeavour to source as many ingredients as I can from South Australia.
